Pink-Tinted Perspectives: The Start of Something Beautiful

There is something so captivating about the lotus flower. Perhaps it is the fact that it grows through the mud, rising above the dirty waters and blooms in the sunlight. It is beautiful, resilient, and captures how unwavering you can be. To me, a lotus flower symbolizes life- the struggles, the growth, and the beauty that comes from perseverance. That is why I created this blog. I want to showcase just that and build a safe space for not only me, but for you reading this.

Since I was little, I have always found comfort in writing. It was my way of making sense of the world, capturing each moment (both big and small) with a simple pen and paper. So, starting this blog feels like the perfect way to share this passion with you.Welcome to Live in Lotus, a place where I bring awareness to the struggles we have to face each day. In this space, growth is celebrated and life's curveballs are embraced with grace. Whether you come to this space to do your own personal reflections or just want to bring beauty in your day, I hope this blog becomes a place that inspires and uplifts.

What can you expect? To be honest, this blog will be raw and capture a little bit of everything. Personal reflections, deep dives into topics that I feel needs more awareness, moments of joy/growth, and maybe even a dash of pink-tinted perspectives (because if you know me, you know I live for anything pink). You learn as you grow up that life will be hard and not perfect, but if you start looking at everything with pink-tinted perspectives, you will soon see that there's beauty in the journey. I want this to be a reminder of that.

I hope that we can connect and have some revelations along the way. Whether you're here for just this split moment or stay for the long run, I'm grateful you are reading this.

This is only the beginning and I cannot wait to share it with you. Here's to blooming despite of the mud, let's embrace the unknown.

Welcome to Live in Lotus.
